We all get too much email! However, you might be missing something you really want to know.

I want to let you know about the three types of emails that you get from SNN Club, particularly the messages with details about online and in-person events you have signed up to.

I also want to say that we don't pass on emails to third parties without permission and we only send out information about SNN Club activities or about things that we genuinely believe are of interest to people who are part of the Club. We also don't send you dozens of emails a week!

Finally, I also want to make sure you know how to top receiving emails, if you truly don't want them.

1. Marketing emails

These will typically be emails that contain information about upcoming paid or free online sessions or in-person conferences. If the events and sessions we organise no longer are relevant to you, then you are always able to click the Unsubscribe link in the footer of these emails. It will ask you to confirm your email address and once you do, you will be marked as "Unsubscribed". If you have issues with that, then just email us and we can unsubscribe you, manually.

However, you may be missing out on info you do need to know.

We take a lot of care to provide detailed information about SNN Conferences with everything you need to know when you register for an online or in-person event. We also schedule reminder emails to make sure you don't miss the event. These include emails about online sessions (meeting joining links, reminder emails) or an in-person Conference (event info packs and reminder emails) Our system send these as marketing emails and unfortunately, I can't change that.

So, yes you will get some emails asking your to purchase things but you will also be receiving information about online and in=person events you probably want.

2. SNN Club Library Content Updates

The second type of email that SNN Club sends you. When you sign up to something presented by SNN, you receive access to the Free Member Library. It you choose to pay for Full Membership, you access the extended (Full) Library.

A couple of times a month, we send out an update about new things that are uploaded to the SNN Club Libraries. The system we use doesn't count this as marketing, so rather than a Unsubscribe link, to stop these announcements you go into the SNN Club settings to do this.

Turn on or off the switches below and click "Save" at the top of the Settings page.

3. Calendar Invites

We send out a calendar invitation to online sessions a few days beforehand. This is in response to members asking us for a way to get SNN sessions into their calendars.

If the session is not one for you, that is fine, you can simply ignore it, or click "Decline". If you definitely don't want to even receive the invitation, you can drop us an email request and we'll take you off the list.
