Work is being rewritten.
Signal Not Noise is here to guide you through.
Signal Not Noise started as LAST Conference in Melbourne in 2012. Over twelve years it grew to five cities, thousands of attendees, and a content archive that keeps expanding. In 2026, we renamed to reflect where the work is heading.
AI is reshaping every organisation, every team, and every role. The people navigating that transition need more than keynotes and vendor pitches. They need curated, specific, honest conversations with people who are actually doing the work.
Signal Not Noise has evolved its portfolio to meet that. Our flagship cross-disciplinary conferences continue across Australia, bringing together leaders and practitioners across engineering, product, design and delivery.
Coming in 2026: How To AI. A new format for leaders and decision-makers with pressing AI implementation challenges. No cold pitches. No wandering the room. Every conversation pre-matched, pre-qualified, and genuinely relevant to you. Application-only. Limited places.
Also in development: AI Builders Network. For the practitioners doing the implementation.
Same community. Same commitment to useful content at accessible prices. Sharper focus than ever.
Welcome to Signal Not Noise.
